Return Policy - All sales are final except for defective items. Once you receive your products we cannot accept returns on sexually oriented products unless defective. If a product is defective, we will exchange for same product within 30 days of delivery. Keep your original box and invoice if needed. We recommend you test all products as soon as you receive them to be sure they are in perfect working condition. Products returned as undeliverable or refused, we be charged a 15% restocking fee.
